Quilts for teens in foster care

We had an amazing Sew It Forward event today! Eleven volunteers showed up....some that we haven't seen in a year! The community project we're working on is making quilts for teens that are in foster care. Today we completed 25 quilt tops! It was a good day! Thank you to all the volunteers! Hope to see you at a future Sew It Forward event!

YLAG - Young Ladies Aspiring to Greatness

We welcomed the YLAG-Young Ladies Aspiring Greatness at the DSC today. What a great group of young ladies! They're going to begin working with us on the Mask Up Dayton project! We love collaborating with other groups and can't wait to work with YLAG!
Masks for VA Medical Center

Thanks to all the hard work and dedication by this wonderful team of volunteers we were able to donate another 520 masks to the VA Medical Center this morning! This brings the total masks donated to the VA Medical Center to 1,720!
